another hell of a crit, gd comments just frustrating personally as am struggleing especially with rendering

spent an age on trying to balance the rendering for my three main plans, v difficult to get the right mix together especially for the base colours

going back over the amount i need to improve i am quietly sobbing

using hadlow college is a grt help if any1 is interested as its got the space to spread out and use the drawing boards it also provides a work type enviroment if ur like me and cnt resist the tea breaks at home

anyone have any advice how to create the best beach effect without having to use pva and tissue that takes a millenia to dry

found through various trials that the effect of timber and white contrasting colours are the best for the model making yet make sure u leave urself enough time as they take sodding ages!

with regards the 1:50 have found it usful through advice from another student to photocopy inital layout to cover hard and soft if the cad route is a struggle like it is for mr 1950s here

creating the sectional photoshop images any got any tips where to find specific plants that suite sections

focusing on sections resolved myself to hand drawing them and then deleting whats not up to standard in photoshop, note for oncoming part and full timers, start using CAD and photoshop as early as possible right from the start as it is essential later on!

with relation to the sketchs does anyone have any tips how to go about constructing them in a presentational aspect ie how much to actually draw and how much to photoshop, im still having a mare trying to pin down the best technique

finally resolved the 1:200 and making good headway with the palnting and hard materials but still way behind!

bit late on the response to lille but its taken me 4 days to get over it! an amazing trip that for 4 and half days i absolutley dispised but once the group pulls together to achieve the same goal it was a brillient feeling of achievement as a team. i dnt think i will ever have an opportunity like that again and am just well plsed i went. to anyone who has the choice next year to go, its an absolute must
